Patrick was appointed on behalf of my wife and I as our preferred builder to construct a multiple unit development. At each stage of the build, Patrick demonstrated a hands on approach and made sure all elements of the construction were delivered on time and in line with our target budget. His leadership, professionalism, time management, organisation and coordination skills were upheld throughout the entire build phases. I look forward to working with Patrick again in the near future.
